I’m a licensed massage therapist based in Westport, MA, passionate about creating a space where people can truly slow down and breathe. As someone who’s always been go-go-go, I understand the power of stillness. Massage is how I slow down in a world that moves fast — and now, I get to offer that gift to others.

My approach is deeply intuitive and always personalized. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of practice. Some days you may know exactly what you need. Other days, you might just be holding tension without the words to explain it — and that’s okay. You don’t have to show up with a plan. I’ll tune in and guide the session with presence and care.

  • Cancellation and No Show Policy

    To respect your time, my time, and the needs of other clients, please review and honor the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee, unless you are able to find someone to take your spot.

    This policy is in place because it’s often difficult to fill short-notice openings.

    If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

    No-shows significantly impact a solo practice and reduce availability for other clients.

    I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable or urgent situation, please reach out—exceptions may be made at my discretion. Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy

    As a licensed massage therapist, my priority is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client. To maintain these standards, the following Zero Tolerance Policy is strictly enforced:

    Any form of sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate comments, gestures, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent banning from future services.

    The full session fee will still be charged, regardless of how much time has passed.

    Verbal abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior of any kind toward the therapist or others in the space will not be tolerated.

    You will be asked to leave immediately, and services will be denied going forward.

    I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if I feel unsafe, disrespected, or if a client violates any part of this policy.

    Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and healing space for all clients. Thank you for your understanding
