Stay hydrated throughout the day
Limit caffeine intake at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time to help your body relax more easily
Arrive clean and comfortable, if you wear contacts consider switching them out for your glasses
Avoid heavy meals, but do not arrive hungry
After Your Session
Drink plenty of water to support your body’s recovery
Avoid intense or strenuous exercise, light movement and gentle stretching are encouraged
Take time to rest and allow your body to absorb the benefits of the massage
