Before Your Session

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day

  • Limit caffeine intake at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time to help your body relax more easily

  • Arrive clean and comfortable, if you wear contacts consider switching them out for your glasses

  • Avoid heavy meals, but do not arrive hungry

After Your Session

  • Drink plenty of water to support your body’s recovery

  • Avoid intense or strenuous exercise, light movement and gentle stretching are encouraged

  • Take time to rest and allow your body to absorb the benefits of the massage
